1. Tell the victim to look down.

    

2. Place a cotton swab, matchstick, or coffee stirrer across the upper eyelid.

    

3. Hold the victim's upper eyelashes and eyelid, and fold the upper eyelid over the matchstick.

    

4. Lift the object off the eyelid with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use tissue or cotton to lift off the object.
