Snakebite — Snakebite Marks

Nonpoisonous snakes tend to leave a bite pattern with double rows of bite marks. Poisonous snakes leave only one row of marks, and the bite usually includes two fang puncture wounds. Also, poisonous snakes, except coral snakes, have a distinctive triangular head.
