Eye Emergencies — Object on the Lower Eyelid

 

  1. Tell the victim to look up.

     

  2. Gently pull down the lower eyelid.

     

  3. Lift the object off the eyelid with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use tissue or cotton to lift off the object.
